While attendance was somewhat lower than anticipated—likely due to the concurrent general elections and the impact of US tariff adjustments on international trade—the quality of interactions far outweighed the quantity.
The Canadian market continues to demonstrate its exceptional multicultural character, a perfect environment for our Mediterranean flavor profiles. What particularly stood out was Canada’s deep-rooted commitment to quality and sustainability—organic certification is no longer simply an emerging trend here but rather an established standard. Alfredo Martínez Serrano at our stand, a moment that highlighted the importance of international trade relationships in the specialty food sector. Our participation was expertly coordinated through the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Canada, whose support proved instrumental throughout the exhibition.
